Delivery Information

Please be aware that we only deliver certain fireworks in our range to addresses within the UK. If you are unsure whether we can deliver to your address, please contact us. All consignments must be checked & signed for by someone over the age of 18. You must also have proof of age with you when taking delivery of your order. If a delivery fails due to no one being present or not old enough, the items will be returned to us and you will have to pay for re-delivery.

All our stock is available to purchase online and / or collect at one of our stockists (click ere to search stockists). If you include any items that are collection only in the same order as items that can only be collected from our shop, you will need to come to our shop to collect your complete order.

Please be aware that you MUST BE OVER 18 to purchase fireworks from MARS Pyrotechnics. This is the law and you will be breaking the law if you are under 18 and try to purchase fireworks from MARS Pyrotechnics.

Delivery Surcharges

Our courier charges an additional fee to deliver to the following locations. Depending on size of order we may waiver these charges but reserve the right to charge for them. These charges will be added manually after you have placed your order.

Product Availability

We try to keep the stock availability on the web site up to date, but sometimes a product may be out of stock, if this happens we will endeavour to contact you to find an suitable alternative.

Returns

Hopefully you will never need to return a product, but if you do, please follow instructions below.

Damaged Goods. If your goods arrive damaged, you must notify us within 5 working days so we can arrange for the items to be replaced and collected.

Unwanted Goods. If you decide that you no longer want the items, you must contact us within 7 working days of delivery. We will then arrange for our specialist courier to collect the items from you at full cost of £53 which will be deducted from your refund. (It is illegal to send the items through the postal service or an unlicensed courier). Items must be unopened and in their original packaging. However you may open transport packaging to inspect the goods. Refunds will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the goods minus postage and packaging both ways (£42+£53).

Cancellation Rights

You have the right to cancel this order within seven working days beginning the day after the day on which you receive the goods

If you wish to cancel this contract you must indicate this in writing or another durable medium such as letter, fax, email (provide addresses/email addresses/fax details by which to cancel) within the cancellation period

You (the consumer) have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of the goods while in your possession

You (the consumer) must arrange for the safe return of goods to us, however for fireworks this needs to be done through our specialist hazardous goods courier. the cost of which is to be born by you, failing which we will recover the goods, the cost of which will be deducted from any refund due to you

Upon the cancellation of a contract we shall reimburse any sum paid by or on behalf of the consumer under or in relation to the contract to the person by whom it was made free of any charge (less any charge made in connection with recovery of the goods) within 30 days of cancellation

Where goods do not conform to the implied terms set out under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 the cost of recovering the goods will be borne by ourselves.
